Benjamin Sessions is a seasoned real estate and operational executive with expertise in investing, development, and sales. With over $10 million USD in personal real estate projects, he specializes in speculative and custom home design and construction. His diverse portfolio includes beach and mountain home acquisitions, renovations, and leasing in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Park City, UT, as well as industrial and commercial projects in Houston, TX. He has also led commercial office renovations in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and custom home designs in Mexico and Texas.
Beyond real estate, Benjamin leverages a strong background in digital marketing to enhance visibility, optimize sales, and drive maximum returns. His executive management experience enables him to lead teams with precision, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth. Ricardo Rodriguez

An alumnus of Sam Houston State University, he has facilitated over $170 million in property sales, achieving a 96.56% list-to-sales price ratio and a 4.82/5 customer satisfaction rating. Rico has managed the investment purchase and development of a Coworking Office Complex and built an intown residential development, demonstrating his expertise in real estate growth and innovation. His firm has set price-per-square-foot records in Huntsville and Greater Houston, utilizing an extensive agent network and cutting-edge marketing strategies. Committed to client success, Rico delivers top-tier service at any price point and actively supports Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seals, and Feeding America.

Now serving as a Brand Ambassador, Heather brings her expertise in communication, relationship-building, and industry knowledge to elevate brand visibility, represent the company at key events, and foster meaningful connections across partners and clients.
Azul Ortiz
Construction Manager
Azul Ortiz is an accomplished architect and construction manager with extensive experience in project management and cost control. Her recent projects include overseeing the construction of two luxury homes in Vista Antigua, each valued at over 15,000,000 pesos and an approximate size of 500 square meters.
With a background in managing large-scale rojects, Azul has also held leadership roles in a variety of sectors, including education, finance, and industrial construction.
Her portfolio features significant achievements such as managing the 17,500m2 expansion of the American School Foundation of Guadalajara and multiple office projects for Banco Sabadell across Mexico. Azul’s expertise ensures seamless project execution, from planning and budgeting to contractor management, delivering high-quality results tailored to client needs. Azul’s most recent project include simultaneously built 2 15,000,000MXN custom homes in Vista Antigua.
